Goli Negar Golab is a QEHS Support Consultant at IBEC Inc. (IBEC), where she provides client support to organizations as they go through various stages of certification.  Negar joined IBEC in 2022.

Goli quite literally beams when mentioning the name of her organization, IBEC, explaining that it’s the ideal work environment that she had been seeking.  Goli had been advancing her career previously, but then she decided to take a break to raise her only son.  He is now nine years old.  When Goli felt ready to get back into the workforce, she was very intentional about where she would land, as she wanted to be at an organization that delivered on greater social purpose.  So, she first started volunteering in the community for various organizations.

Goli Negar Golab takes pride in her work and is intent on excelling at whatever she does.  Her volunteer work was noticed.  And when IBEC was recruiting, one of the organizations where she volunteered recommended Goli vouching for her integrity, her dedication, and her focus on delivering excellence and results.

In her role as QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety) Support, Goli is very mindful of the fact that client organizations are undertaking projects that might appear daunting to them.  She is focused on making that journey smoother and lightening the burden for the clients.  And Goli knows that every single interaction with clients makes a difference, so she ensures that she is responsive and clear in her communications, as well as helpful at all times.

Goli Negar Golab recently completed SERI's R2V3 Course for Lead Auditor.  She thoroughly enjoyed the course and the knowledge that she attained.  Goli is confident that she can now provide more substantive support and more nuanced responses to client inquiries.

Goli Negal Golab highlighted how much she appreciates the culture of continuous learning and education at IBEC. That is completely in line with her growth mindset.  Goli is dedicated to keep on learning and to keep on improving as she takes special pride in the quality of her work, and does not want to rest on her laurels.

In her spare time, Goli loves traveling to places far and wide.  For instance, she recently vacationed in Paris, France, and loved taking it all in.  Closer to home, in California’s Orange Country, Goli loves taking to hiking trails, reveling in the beauty of nature.  When it comes to hobbies, she loves helping her son put together Minecraft LEGO.  “it’s all about being on this journey of continuous discovery and improvement,” says Goli.
